Ebenezer Hotel Jeju’s current 2026 official site lists 504 Hamhaean-ro, Jocheon-eup, Jeju City, check-in 15:00 and check-out 11:00. Trip exact property 28233245 resolves to the same address. Hamdeok has dense hotel inventory and legacy OTA names, so lock the address and property ID before comparing any view, bed or price.
This round’s Trip CTA uses only property 28233245; Agoda uses only the exact ebenezer-hotel/hotel/jeju-island-kr.html property. No reliable exact Booking.com landing page was independently verified, so this page shows no Booking CTA and never substitutes a Hamdeok search page.
02The cleanest A/B test: Standard Mountain versus Side Ocean changes only the view
Official data makes this unusually clean. Standard Mountain is 26.4㎡, one single plus one double, maximum two, Mountain View. Side Ocean is the same 26.4㎡, same beds and same capacity, but Partial Ocean View. Under the same dates and cancellation, the price gap can be audited almost directly as the side-ocean premium rather than larger space or extra beds.
If the room is only for sleep and showers, reduce the Ocean premium close to zero and spend the budget on transport, tickets or another night.
Side Ocean is a measurable compromise: same area and beds, paying only for Partial Ocean.
Deluxe Ocean can repeatedly redeem Full Ocean value when the Hamdeok stay itself is part of the itinerary.
03Deluxe Ocean is not a “larger room”: the same 26.4㎡ buys Full Ocean and a different bed
Official Deluxe Ocean remains 26.4㎡ for up to two, but changes to one double and Ocean View. A couple can treat the gap as Full Ocean premium. Two friends needing separate beds may find Side Ocean’s single plus double more suitable. If the bed contract fails, even a better view is not the same product.

04“Family” is a room name, not permission to stay: which source wins when official and OTA differ?
The current official Deluxe Ocean Family is 49.6㎡ with a single plus double and Ocean View, but still lists maximum occupancy as two. Agoda inventory for the same property can show wider max-adult values for some Standard/Side Ocean products. This does not let us choose the preferred number; it shows that source layers and selected products differ.
Use the official room page as the structural and conservative occupancy baseline. At payment, enter every adult and child age, then require the OTA selected rate to explicitly accept the group. Without checkout acceptance, never add a third or fourth guest because the name contains “Family”.
05Do not price in a third-party “pool” description: the current official facilities directory does not list a guest pool
Agoda exact property contains some generative-AI-assisted generalised descriptions and warns that they may be inaccurate. Ebenezer’s current official Facilities directory lists Hello Jeju shop, 24-hour GS25, Mango Ray and 24-hour Bonbon Station, but does not list a guest pool. This page therefore treats no generic Pool/Spa wording as an accommodation entitlement.
If a hotel pool is a hard requirement, compare a verified Hamdeok alternative such as Gloucester Hotel Hamdeok or Sono Belle Jeju, rather than booking Ebenezer and hoping third-party copy is fulfilled.

Agoda still resolves to 504 Johamhaean-ro and shows Standard Mountain, Side Ocean and Ocean Deluxe inventory. Trip exact property 28233245 has the same address and 15:00/11:00 times, with current names such as Hollywood Mountain and Superior Twin Partial Sea View. Names need not match word-for-word, so align date, bed, view class, legal occupancy, breakfast and cancellation.
No Booking.com CTA appears in this round. A reliable exact Ebenezer property landing page was not independently verified, and a Hamdeok search page is not a property deeplink.
