The core decision is SEASONAL WATER INVENTORY. The useful order is MONTH → PUBLIC POOL INVENTORY → ROOM SKU / PRIVATE JACUZZI → PARTY SIZE → BREAKFAST → EXIT COST → FINAL TOTAL. If the month is not fixed first, “four pools” and the cheapest room rate are not comparable.
- Apr–Oct and you will spend half a day at the hotel: this is when the water inventory is most complete.
- Nov–Mar: do not price the stay from summer pool photos; the current 2026 notice closes Infinity and Family pools.
- Family of 4–6: start with Eco Family Suite occupancy and bed layout, not a two-person base rate.
- You want private water space: the Pool Suite balcony Jacuzzi is room-level value, separate from public pool inventory.
- You leave early and return late every day: the forest-resort premium is easy to waste.
Turn “four pools” into a month-specific inventory
The current 2026 operating notice splits the pool product into two seasons. From April through October, Infinity Pool and Indoor Pool operate as heated pools, while All-season Pool and Family Pool operate as cold-water pools. From November through March, only All-season Pool and Indoor Pool remain in heated operation; Infinity Pool and Family Pool are closed.
The clock changes too. Apr–Oct is currently 10:00–21:30 with last entry at 21:00. Nov–Mar is 11:00–20:00 with last entry at 19:30. The same notice says pool use does not extend after checkout. For a one-night stay, that changes the real number of usable pool hours.

A summer pool photo is not the same product in winter
The hotel does have Family Pool, Adult / Infinity Pool, Jacuzzi and Indoor Pool facilities. But a photo proves that a facility exists; it does not prove that all four are open on your stay date or operating at the same temperature.
If you stay in December, set Infinity and Family Pool value to zero before judging the room premium. If you stay in August but leave by 09:00 and return near 21:00, compress the usable pool window before paying for the resort story.
Family Suite vs Pool Suite: beds or a private Jacuzzi?
The Eco Family Suite is currently about 73–86㎡ with two Queen beds plus two Super Singles and official occupancy of six. Its job is to solve multi-person sleeping and shared-space needs in one unit.
The Eco Pool Suite is about 86–99㎡ with Double / Twin layouts, official occupancy of four, and a balcony Jacuzzi on ground-floor Lake Building inventory. That Jacuzzi is a room-level entitlement. It does not solve the same problem as additional beds.

For 4–6 people, do not use the cheapest two-person rate as your baseline
For a group of four to six, the real competitor to a Family Suite is another legal multi-person SKU or two separate rooms. Enter all adults and children's ages first, then compare what Booking, Agoda and Trip.com actually return for the same date.
If six people would otherwise need two standard rooms, the Family Suite premium can buy one shared door, common space and a workable bed layout. For two people, unused beds and floor area should not automatically be counted as luxury value.
Breakfast and Ecoland Theme Park are package switches, not automatic hotel-wide freebies
GYORAE currently serves breakfast from 07:00–10:00 with last entry at 09:30. The 2026 dated OTA notice currently gives on-site reference prices of KRW 44,000 for adults and KRW 26,000 for children, with infants free. Those numbers help value a breakfast-included rate, but they do not mean every room rate includes breakfast.
The same rule applies to Ecoland Theme Park. Being in the same resort area does not make theme-park admission part of every room-only booking. If a package includes park tickets or meals, normalize the included items before comparing it with a bare room rate.
This is a forest resort, not a Hamdeok beachfront base
The exact address is 1278-169 Beonyeong-ro, Jocheon-eup. The forest and lake setting is part of the premium, but that premium weakens if you spend every full day elsewhere and return late only to sleep.
The official access information currently lists bus options that still leave a substantial walk from Jeju Stone Park and also mentions an airport shuttle that requires advance reservation. This does not make the hotel impossible without a car; it means the forest location needs to be priced as an exit-cost decision rather than treated like a beach or Seongsan walking base.
Only compare the OTAs after month, room SKU and pool inventory are fixed
Use the same stay dates, adult / child ages, exact room SKU, bed type, pool / Jacuzzi entitlement, breakfast and cancellation terms. If one field differs, it is not the same accommodation product.
