At Gray 193 Hotel, reaching the address is only half the arrival

For Gray 193, the street address is the first destination, not the last. The hotel currently lists its address as 42, Gwanganhaebyeon-ro 278beon-gil, Ocean Bridge Building B, 5F, and its phone number as 051-710-4441. Save Ocean Bridge, Building B and 5F with the street address so you are not trying to interpret every hotel sign inside the building after arrival.

Your taxi has stopped, but the check-in route is not finished yet

It helps to think of Gray 193 as having two addresses. The first is the horizontal address: the taxi, map or walking route gets you to Ocean Bridge. The second is the vertical address: once inside, you still need the correct building, floor and front desk.

This does not mean Gray 193 is “hard to find.” It means the hotel needs one extra layer of building-level information compared with a standalone hotel whose lobby is immediately inside the street entrance. Know that in advance and the friction can be small.

If you see another hotel name in the building, do not assume you are lost

The same 42, Gwanganhaebyeon-ro 278beon-gil address is also used by other accommodation listings. Oceanstay points to Ocean Bridge Building B, 7F, while H Avenue Gwangalli Beach points to Building B, 9F. They are not Gray 193, but they show why the street address alone is not the complete check-in destination.

Gray 193’s official business address places the hotel at Building B, 5F, while Korea’s tourism-accommodation registration lists Building B, floors 5–6. For guests, the important arrival point is unchanged: go to the Building B, 5F front desk first, then follow the room and floor assigned at check-in.

You are booking a hotel product, not the whole Ocean Bridge building

A shared-building format is not automatically a quality score. The useful question is whether you specifically need a standalone hotel facade, a large ground-floor lobby or extensive public facilities. If you do, Gray 193’s property format is worth checking before payment. If you mainly want the Gwangalli location, your room, an ocean-view category and breakfast—and you are comfortable taking the elevator to check in—then “the hotel only occupies part of the building” should not automatically be a deal-breaker.

This is where expectations can fail in both directions. Some guests arrive without realizing it is not a standalone hotel and feel a sharp mismatch; others reject it simply because the front desk is on 5F even though they would barely use a large lobby. Decide what you are actually buying before deciding whether the shared-building setup matters.

NOL currently lists Ocean Bridge parking on B1, B2 and a B2 parking tower, with a stated vehicle-height limit of 2.3 m. Vehicles or buses above the limit may need public parking instead. Parking rules can change, so drivers should recheck the current notice for their stay rather than reducing “parking available” to “every vehicle can enter.”

Breakfast matters here because it makes the building route simpler

NOL currently lists breakfast beside the 5F front desk from 07:00–09:00, with paid breakfast available for some room-only plans. The point here is not a breakfast review. It is that 5F is clearly the operational center: go to 5F for breakfast or front-desk needs, then leave the building for the day.

Trip.com also currently lists breakfast from 07:00–09:00, although child-age bands and package wording may not match NOL exactly. Whether breakfast is included, child charges and final entry times should be rechecked on the payment page; do not assume Gray 193 is permanently a “free breakfast” hotel.

At checkout, the room only needs to answer one question: what product are you buying?

Once the arrival format works for you, compare rooms. Gray 193 currently separates Standard Double, Deluxe Double, Ocean Deluxe Double, Ocean Deluxe Suite Double, Family Twin and Ocean Twin. Trip.com currently also shows Standard, Deluxe, Family Twin, Ocean View Twin and Ocean View Deluxe Double products. The useful differences are the ones that can change your booking decision.

The point is not that an ocean room is always worth the upgrade. A single upgrade can change floor area, beds, bathtub and view at the same time. Compare Booking.com, Agoda and Trip.com with the same date, guest count, bed type, breakfast and cancellation terms before comparing price.

Three questions tell you whether this hotel format fits your trip

1. Does “Building B, 5F” make you uncomfortable? If you strongly want a ground-floor lobby and standalone hotel entrance, Gray 193 is already leaning away from your preferences.
2. Are you willing to treat the building and floor as part of the address? If yes, most of the arrival friction of this vertical-hotel format disappears.
3. Are the things you are paying for actually inside these floors? If your priorities are the room, beach location, breakfast and a particular room type—not a full-building resort experience—do not let the building format make the decision for you.

The easiest place to lose time at Gray 193 is not the walk from the subway to Gwangalli. It is after reaching the correct street address if you forgot the two details that matter most: Building B, 5F.
