So don’t assume “Outside Night” means nightlife travelers will always choose Arban. Lotte is also located in Seomyeon. The difference is simply this:If you spend your evening time outside the hotel, your usage rate of the Hotel Ecosystem naturally drops.
What Lotte truly wants to sell you is the entire floor of products outside your room door.
Lotte’s official listings still include indoor pool, Aqua Haven, fitness, sauna, golf driving range, spa, duty-free shop, and casino, among other in-house functions. Only then can a five-star Premium be broken down into a genuinely usable checklist—not a vague statement like “there are more facilities.”

“The hotel has it” is only a Theoretical Amenity; “you have it scheduled” is what makes it a Scheduled Amenity.
You might say, “Maybe I’ll swim,” but if you leave every day at 08:00 and return to your room at 22:00, the Pool shouldn’t be counted as a reason to choose the hotel. In that case, putting Arban’s higher-tier rooms into the same-day comparison is more reasonable than eliminating by star rating straight away.
For 2 people: adjust the Window first. For 3 people: you’ll have a clean control group.
2 Adults:Don’t compare Lotte’s normal City View against Arban’s cheapest Ventilation-only Product. Arban officially labels restrictions for Superior Double / Twin that come with ventilation windows. Even if some rooms can open the window, you still might not be able to see outside views. If your minimum requirement is a normal Outside View, first exclude any products you personally can’t accept—then compare Arban Deluxe Double 31.4㎡ City View, for the same 2 adults and normal City View, against Lotte’s Double / Twin.

A Room Rate isn’t the final layer: the five-star price gap may widen again.
The first layer is the room price; the second layer is the Stay Total. Breakfast, the third guest, any facility fees you’ll genuinely use but that aren’t included, cancellation conditions, and taxes can all make the gap between two options change again.
