This guide uses a VENUE-LIVE × INVENTORY-LIVE FIREWALL. The payment sequence should be: ENTITY → REOPEN STATUS → PLATFORM INVENTORY → PACKAGE SCOPE → VOUCHER/EXPIRY → OFFICIAL GATE → FINAL TOTAL. If any layer is still based on old information, do not proceed to a “which platform is cheapest?” comparison.
- The venue: VISIT JEJU's current page records a revised reopening date of March 30, 2026 after interior work was extended. The address is 69 Eunsu-gil, Jeju City, and the current last-entry notice is 18:00.
- Klook: exact product 37714 still shows old product content for the Ice Museum, 3D Art, 5D/VR, and more, but the page clearly says “Currently unavailable.” No payment CTA is shown in this review.
- KKday: exact product 21597 remains searchable, but its public voucher-validity date still ends on November 11, 2025. It is not a current product that can be booked on August 16, 2026, so no CTA is shown.
- Trip.com: exact Sumokwon Theme Park entity 99575 still exists. This check verified only the attraction entity and operating information, not Sumokwon's own Book now button, price, or selectable ticket type. It is retained as an exact mapping only, with no payment CTA.
- Most important: “the attraction is open” and “a platform product is bookable” run on two different clocks. After a reopening, old vouchers, package copy, and page titles cannot be treated as today's transaction inventory.
01Lock the 2026 reopening boundary first: downgrade all old product data to historical evidence
VISIT JEJU's current Korean page identifies Sumokwon Theme Park at 69 Eunsu-gil, Jeju City, telephone 064-742-3700. It records a renovation closure in November 2025 and a reopening originally planned for early March 2026 but postponed to March 30, 2026. The same page currently gives 18:00 as the last-entry time. This date matters: OTA vouchers, prices, and package inclusions created before 2026 do not automatically become current 2026 products simply because the venue reopened.
After reopening, reset the venue state to 2026 and verify each platform again. An old product can prove what a platform sold before; it cannot prove that you can check out today.
02Second gate: the Ice Museum, 3D, 5D, and VR existing on site does not mean today's ticket includes them all
Klook 37714's historical product copy placed the Ice Museum, 3D Illusion Art, 5D movie theater, and VR hall on the same product page. KKday 21597's old product even listed the Ice Museum, 3D, 5D, Playbox VR, and Chocolate Making together. This is useful evidence that the venue once sold a multi-content package, but it is not a valid inclusions list for any new 2026 product.
This guide therefore does not claim that one platform ticket must include Ice + 3D + VR. When any platform relists the attraction, first lock the product name, inclusions, ticket-exchange requirement, valid dates, and cancellation terms. If it sells base admission only, do not add the value of VR or Chocolate Making from an old OTA product.

03Do not confuse “the page still exists” with “inventory still exists”: three platforms, three states
Product 37714 still shows the full attraction description and images, but the top of the page says it is currently unavailable. Searchable does not mean purchasable.
Product 21597 remains indexed, but public validity ends on November 11, 2025. The old ticket cannot be carried over after reopening.
Entity 99575 is the correct Sumokwon attraction, but the parsed page currently has no Sumokwon Book now button, price, or ticket type. It cannot be used as a current product CTA.
04Ticket normalization: compare final totals only for the same day, same inclusions, and same voucher
| Platform/source | Status on Aug 16, 2026 | Content evidence | Voucher/inventory | CTA in this check | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| VISIT JEJU | Current venue entity | Ice Museum, 3D, 5D, and other venue content | Not an OTA product | No | Use only as the official operational gate |
| Klook 37714 | Currently unavailable | Ice Museum, 3D, 5D, VR | Cannot currently be ordered | Hidden | Run fresh normalization after the platform relists it |
| KKday 21597 | Old product remains indexed | Historical Ice/3D/5D/VR/Chocolate Making package | Public validity: Nov 11, 2025 | Hidden | Do not treat an expired voucher as a 2026 product |
| Trip.com 99575 | Exact attraction entity | Correct Sumokwon destination | Checkout inventory not verified in this check | Hidden | Enable only after a verifiable date, price, and Book now flow appear |
Status snapshot: August 16, 2026. No platform passed all three gates—exact entity, current sellable inventory, and a verifiable product contract—so every payment CTA is hidden. This follows the ticket money-page rule more accurately than substituting an information page or expired product.
05Separate the two clocks: theme park 09:00–19:00; do not use night-market hours to extend indoor admission
VISITKOREA currently lists Sumokwon Theme Park as 09:00–19:00, with last entry at 18:00. Recent VISIT JEJU night-tourism material likewise lists the theme park at 09:00–19:00, while the adjacent Night Market may run until 23:00 in summer and 22:00 in other months. These clocks do not describe the same product.
Being able to visit the night market at 19:30 does not mean you can use Ice Museum admission at 19:30. For an indoor ticket, use the theme park's own gate. The night market is a separate free/dining period and cannot extend ticket validity backwards.
06The real payment point: no platform passed the conversion gate, so no fake CTA is shown
Klook 37714 is explicitly unavailable; KKday 21597's public voucher expired on November 11, 2025; Trip.com 99575 is the correct Sumokwon exact attraction, but its parsed page currently shows only attraction and operating information, not Sumokwon's own Book now button, price, or selectable ticket type. Under KoriNavi's rules, an information page cannot impersonate a payable product page, so all three platform CTAs are hidden in this review.
The exact mappings remain recorded so they can be restored quickly after relisting. Until a platform supplies verifiable current product inventory, this guide will not substitute a homepage, city page, old voucher, or attraction-information page.
- The address still matches: 69 Eunsu-gil/Sumokwon Theme Park.
- The page has an actually selectable date or ticket type.
- The product explicitly lists included Ice Museum, 3D, VR, or other content instead of relying on old-product inference.
- The voucher, QR, or ticket-exchange path remains valid.
- Cancellation terms and child eligibility remain valid for the visit date.
- Only then compare the final total after member price, coupon, and exchange rate.
07Next route: connect this “inventory not restored” point to the next usable intent
The natural way to close the Sumokwon decision is not to force the purchase of an unverifiable ticket. Follow the next intent for your day instead: stay in Jeju City, switch to a rainy-day plan, choose another indoor media-art attraction, or move to a nighttime attraction.
VISIT JEJU: 2026 reopening boundary, address, phone, 18:00 last entry, and venue content; VISITKOREA: 09:00–19:00/18:00 last entry and the separate Night Market clock; Klook exact product 37714: historical package scope plus current unavailable state; KKday exact product 21597: historical package scope plus voucher expiry on November 11, 2025; Trip.com exact attraction 99575: exact entity/mapping evidence only. Checkout inventory was not verified in this review, so no payment CTA is shown. All OTA conditions are recorded as an August 16, 2026 snapshot.
