01ALLOCATION CONTROL PREMIUM: a cheaper ROH hands the decision back to the hotel
Trip.com's current exact-property inventory lists Gloucester Hotel Jeju's Run Of House as potentially allocating one Double, two Singles, or even three Futons. The same property separately sells clearly defined SKUs including Superior Double, Superior Twin, Deluxe Twin, Triple, Family Twin, Family Ondol, and Suite. ROH and a specified room type are therefore not the same product: in exchange for a lower displayed price, you give up some control over the bed type and room configuration.
This article's unique editorial thesis is simple: a cheaper ROH does not mean buying the same room contract for less; it means returning allocation control to the hotel. Final totals on Booking.com, Agoda, and Trip.com are comparable only when the level of control is the same.
02ROH is not an exact room: make the bed type a payment condition
Trip.com's current inventory shows a Superior Double of about 23 square metres, a Superior Twin of about 23 square metres, and a Deluxe Double of about 25 square metres. Their differences are not limited to size: each product specifies its bed type. If you land late at night and leave early the next morning, ROH flexibility may carry little cost. But if the travellers have different sleeping needs, a lower price that produces the wrong beds is not a saving.

03For three or four guests, solve the sleeping topology first: Double plus Single, three Singles, and two Doubles are different products
The most common mistake for three travellers is to stop comparing once a listing says that three people can stay. Trip.com's current Deluxe Twin has a Double plus a Single, while the Triple has three Singles; NOL's current inventory also separates these three-person products. Three adult friends will usually care more about three independent beds, while two adults and one child may prefer a Double plus Single. For four guests, the current Family Twin has two Doubles, while a Suite or Family Suite is a separate space product.
For three or four guests, first ask how each person will sleep, then decide whether a living room or separate zone is necessary. Do not add guests to the lowest two-person rate, and do not infer occupancy for every date from one Suite photograph.
04VIEW UPGRADE is not GUARANTEED VIEW: an on-site supplement does not mean the view is already secured
Yeogi's current Gloucester Hotel Jeju product data shows an on-site Airport or Ocean View upgrade reference price of about KRW 11,000 per night, subject to availability. This tells you only that a view upgrade may exist; it is not a nightly guarantee. If an ocean view is a hard requirement, the Room Name or Rate on the payment page must explicitly state the view. Otherwise, set View Value to zero.
If you merely want to upgrade when one is available, treat an on-site offer as a bonus. If the ocean view is the reason for choosing this hotel, buy a SKU whose order text already guarantees the view. These are not the same accommodation contract.
05Breakfast and parking: room capacity does not equal included coverage
Current Trip.com and NOL data place breakfast at approximately 06:00–10:00, with NOL also listing 09:30 as last admission. The current public reference prices are about KRW 17,500 for adults and secondary-school students or older, and KRW 12,500 for children. These are current references checked on 16 August 2026, not permanent prices. A four-person room also does not mean that breakfast for four is automatically included; check how many guests the selected Rate covers.
Current OTA listings also show free parking, but “free” does not guarantee that the most convenient space will be available whenever you arrive. If parking friction matters on the first or last night of a rental-car trip, recheck the latest parking arrangements before payment. Add this item to the final total only when you will actually have a car.
