Short answer: If you arrive around 15:00 in July or August and want to swim once before dinner and again afterward, LOTTE He:on usually fits that rhythm more easily. At Parnas, you must choose an afternoon session, and re-entry is not allowed after leaving. If you are happy to stay at Estuary for the full 17:00–22:00 session, however, the Parnas restriction matters far less. After checkout the next day, Parnas currently allows pool use until 14:00, while LOTTE allows use of hotel facilities until 15:00.

01Split the one-night stay into arrival day and checkout day
Both hotels have the same standard check-in and checkout times, but a resort hotel’s value is not simply 20 hours behind the room door. If you leave early and return late every day, downgrade the premium for both. Put the pool clock ahead of room price only when you plan to spend half a day at the property. 02Arriving at 15:00 in July–August: Parnas adds a session decision
Under the current official schedule, Parnas Estuary divides the afternoon from July 1 to August 31 into two sessions: 11:30–16:30 and 17:00–22:00. Guests reserve through the QR code in the stay guide, cannot re-enter after leaving their selected session, and the maintenance windows are 11:00–11:30 and 16:30–17:00. LOTTE He:on currently operates 09:00–23:00 from May to October and 09:30–22:00 from November to April, with repeated use allowed during the stay.
03Checkout at 11:00 is not the end: Parnas until 14:00, LOTTE until 15:00
The current Parnas FAQ says the pool is unavailable before check-in but may be used until 14:00 after checkout; its Indoor Pool opens at 07:00. LOTTE’s FAQ says all hotel facilities remain available until 15:00 after checkout, and He:on provides changing rooms, showers, and lockers. The maintenance wording differs between the Parnas FAQ and Facilities pages, so this guide follows the current Facilities page for July–August sessions and maintenance.
04Three guests and four guests follow different price curves
Parnas Deluxe Family is currently 46 m² with one single and one double bed and a standard capacity of three; the Korean and Chinese official pages separately list a maximum of four including children. A 2+2 party must enter the children’s real ages and verify the selected-date SKU. LOTTE Premier Garden currently lists 46.9 m² and 3–4 guests, while Hello Kitty rooms remain capped at three. 05Match the included breakfast headcount first
Parnas Confetti currently serves breakfast from 07:30 to 10:30, but different packages can cover different numbers of guests. LOTTE’s official language and product pages still show differing price anchors, so this guide does not state a fixed breakfast price. For both hotels, use the guest coverage, taxes, and cancellation terms of the rate you actually select.
